Healthy Diet to stay fit
Do you really think that exercise is enough to be fit? In today's world, it is really important to be healthy and for that you need to eat healthy food. Only doing workout would not make any change unless you start eating healthy diet.
For all the working women out there, along with your career.. now take your health also seriously.
We keep on thinking that will eat healthy food but it fails as we end up eating what we like. So, start planning your diet chart. Preparing a healthy diet chart doesn't mean that you should do dieting or eating salad & soups. Its a myth. You should eat which has less calories, less carbs..basically the food which is fat free.
Start your morning with a fresh lemon juice which makes a lot of difference. As lemon is helpful for Detoxification which removes the toxic substances from our body and you would start feeling fresh.
Once you drink it, you can have your breakfast. Start with a light breakfast which has fruits and milk added to it. Then after having it, you can go out for your work. In lunch time, try eating less carbs and add curd. In evening snacks you can have more fruits and in dinner time, you should eat salad or soup. Remember, you should have your dinner before 9 pm. So, try doing some workout of min.30 mins either in morning time or in evening. Do it everyday as your body also need some exercise.
Always keep in mind that along with your workout, your diet also should be balance. As in our body, 50% workout plays a role & rest 50% a diet plays. Add a balance diet in your eating.
